This Privacy Policy describes how GOATech Inc., a Delaware corporation ("GOATech", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Zenith Hosting.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and password. Your password is stored in hashed form and is never stored or logged in plain text.
Payment information: We use Stripe to process payments. When you add a payment method, your card details are sent directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. We store a Stripe customer ID and payment method ID to manage your billing.
Discord information: If you choose to link your Discord account, we receive and store your Discord user ID, username, and OAuth tokens from Discord's API. This is used to enable Discord-based features.
Instance data: We store configuration data for your hosted instances, including server settings and connection information.
Usage data: Our servers automatically log technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and browser user agent strings. This data is used for security, debugging, and service operation.
Analytics and session replay: We use PostHog to understand how the dashboard is used and to diagnose problems. This includes product analytics (such as pages visited and features used) and session replays that record dashboard interactions. Recordings are masked at the source, in your browser, before anything is sent to PostHog.
In-game data is never sent to analytics. Sensitive information about your hosted instance — in-game coordinates, the live map, your bot's inventory, and similar gameplay data — is completely censored from PostHog. It is redacted in your browser and is never transmitted to or stored by our analytics provider, even though it remains fully visible to you in the dashboard. Password fields are likewise masked, and card details are entered in Stripe's own frames and never reach our analytics.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes (such as transaction records for tax compliance).

We use an essential cookie to maintain your login session (a secure, HTTP-only authentication token). We also use analytics cookies set by PostHog to recognize returning visitors and measure usage of the dashboard. We do not sell this data or use it for third-party advertising.
Zenith Hosting is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
